Adult Year End Qualifications: To qualify for year end awards, you must attend at least 4 out of 6 shows. If you miss 1 show, you must give 1 hour of volunteer time, if you miss 2 shows, you must give 2 hours of volunteer time. The volunteer hours must be done by the adult. As an adult, you need to take responsibility for yourself. Hours can be done before, during or after a show on any dates on our show schedule.

Youth Requirements: Still the same, you must attend 3 out of 6 shows and do 2 hours of volunteer time.

W/T Youth Divisions: If you are riding in the W/T divisions, you are not permitted to canter or lope a horse during warm-ups or while on the show grounds. If you are capable of loping or cantering your horse/pony/mule while at a show, you need to be in the youth 13 & under division.

Please be fair to the kids who are true beginners or not to that stage, in their riding abilities.

Green Horse: If you are riding in the green horse division and your horse is 6 years and older, you cannot ride in a bosal. We revert to AQHA rules for this. We do allow older horses in the green horse division if they have not shown for 2 years, but they should be ridden in a snaffle bit.

Save TIME and MONEY $$$$$$:  PRE-ENTER!

You can email or snail mail the secretary your entries. You can pre enter prior to each show or for the whole year, and pay as you go. How much easier can it be? Also, you will save money $$$$ by pre entering, whether you are a member or not. Do not be afraid to do this. It is not painful.

Also, remember at CCWC we are approved to do the Appaloosa Competitive All Breed Activities Program ( ACAAP ) and Paint Alternative Competition ( PAC ), and the Ponies of the Americas Open Show Affidavit.

Please have your forms completely filled out and brought to the entry booth for verification and show secretary signature.
